I can't find anything about shipping. How is that handled?
All shipping is done via the US Post Office, Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and holidays. We offer free shipping. |
How do I get one of those pendants as a charm for my bracelet?
Email us, or let us know when you check out. There should be a "notes" section during checkout. Make sure you know what shapes, colours, and how many you want. You'll be sent a separate invoice via PayPal with the amount owed for the pendants. |
My bracelet, necklace, or earrings broke! Now what do I do?
Send it back to us with a note telling us how it happened, and all the pieces (if you can find them). We will do our best to fix or replace them. *If a pendant breaks, you'll be charged a small fee via PayPal for a replacement. |
